I've removed the axle cap and the pinch bolt. I can not for the life of me get this axle to come out. Does anyone have any tips on getting this front axle out?

This is going to sound very koy, but I promise you the intention is pure.
Have you tried prying it out with a flathead?
Keep unscrewing it.
