I bought these wheels second hand and I’m trying to turn the PRA into its correct location for the bearing. Does the rear thread like the front wheel? If it does I can’t seem to thread it in to fill the gap. The PRA spins with the internal over to the drive side. On the drive side there is a hex bolt that I can put a 12mm into to stop the drive side from spinning so I can thread try to thread the PRA but it seems to be stuck and I’m not sure what to use to free it. Any help pls
