Fuji SL two.3 vs Scott Addict 20
apologies for the pics.
The scott is more recent obviously, bot are carbon frame with ultegra groupset (albeit newer version on the Scott Addict 20).
Bought the Scott hoping to replace the Fuji…but really haven't ridden it much.
Still like the geometry of the fuji. Which would be the smart one to keep.

Both are great. Newer geometry on the Scott is nice. I’d keep both.
I’ve sold bikes that were older but a great fit and regret it. Now I tend to modernize components on an older frame I enjoy riding—it’s as if it grows with you.
