Use a soft mallet to knock out the axle and bearing. You’ll need a way to press the new bearings in. Inexpensive bearing press kits are available online.

It looks like you can only knock it the other way at the moment – then you’ll need a tool to remove the ring drive thing – I don’t think the bearing will come out with that still there. Those can be really tight because it gets tightened as you pedal.
Edit: actually it looks like you can – the bearing is smaller than that.
I’ve seen a video recently and they recommended only doing one side at a time – ie knock axle out and that will bring bearing, replace that bearing and knock it out the other way, replace that bearing. That keeps everything aligned.
