Trying to modernize a cheap chromoly full suspension frame!

Got this cheap chromoly bike frame for free off a friend, decided to make it a parts bin project!
Is it worth it, probably not by a longshot. Will it look cool….. hopefully!
Was planning to put a 2009 fox 40 on it when i realises the steerer tube standard for the frame was 25.4, and i needed to find a way to fit 28.6 in a 30mm inner headtube!
Welded some 34mm BMX headset cups to the frame…. Should work fine!
