I have had this bike for a while now. I decided i want to go bikepacking this summer, but since i don't want to buy a new bike i was wondering if i could put some rack on the fork or/and on the back. Im planning to probably make the frame bag myself.

Saddle/seat post pack, Handlebar bag, frame bag
You can yes.
Your best bet will be with soft bags rather than racks. The revelate sweet roll handlebar bag is on sale for $60 and their spine lock seat bag is also excellent. A few feedbags would also be a good addition if you want some space for snacks or more bottles
Old Man Mountain and Tailfin both make systems made exactly for that but they’re a bit spendy. More are coming to the market with axel based systems though. I love the stability of the racks over bags personally.

How about this?
i am wondering if that book on the counter is referring to forestry or adult entertainment.
aaaaaanyway, rack-products that work well with this tend to be a bit of a commitment, so if that is a concern, starting out with just strapping drybags to things for a weekend and take it from there would give you a quite a few insights for further investments.
Apidura bags have served me well
You could try the Ortlieb quick rack.
This is pretty much what soft bags are made for. That said.
You have a QR on the rear, I think.
Blackburn makes racks that will use that. You can either swap the seat post collar for upper mounts or add p clamps.
The upper mounts don’t support weight so putting p clams on the frame isn’t the end of the word.
Have you thought of a trailer. I travelled 10000km with a bob trailer on a bike that couldn’t take carriers
