should i buy this bike?

casual rider, just want to be able to ride to meet up with friends and pal around town fairly close distances. i live in portland oregon so there are some hills (i live at the top of one, in NE, for portlanders).

Is 32 lbs heavy for a bike? i’m a small person (F, 5’3”, 95 lbs)

i wanted to buy a used bike but i cannot cope with messaging every single person on marketplace who lists a bike without including a SINGLE measurement. i have the money to spend, just want to make sure its not total garbage.
