Has anybody had the issue like I've had numerous times on my T-Line that the spring clip inside the hinge breaks or falls out? Does anybody have the facility to 3d print replacements because you have to buy the whole hinge assembly to get a new one from Brompton. I've tried fashioning something similar size and shape out of plastic washers but they don't seem to work very well, should I just buy some cheap 3d printed EZclamps like I had on my previous Brompton? I never had an issue with them.

5months old, i have not experienced the hinge issue you are describing.
Not sure if the cheap trick for cline hinge will work with tline though. There is a little plastic-spring thing that is added so the hinge stays upright.
