I still have a lot of plans for this build, but I’m pretty happy with where it is right now. When I was younger, I rode dirt BMX, and later I got into road biking. With how much the roads in Budapest have deteriorated in recent years, my road bike started to feel less practical for daily riding. This sub inspired me to try merging the best aspects of both BMX and road bikes. I've found a Lauda STX MTB on FB marketplace in pretty good shape, and started from there.
