Got a small paint chip on my new road bike near the bottom bracket. Manufacturer confirmed it’s purely cosmetic (no structural issues), so I’m not too worried.
That said, I’d like to protect the exposed area to prevent moisture or further chipping. Thinking about using clear nail polish or a touch-up paint pen, but open to better options.
Any recommendations on what works best for this kind of spot?
Also—bikes are meant to be ridden, not kept in a glass case… just want to keep it from getting worse.

Buy a touch up pen for cars and use that one maybe, I think it would work better
The often come with color + clear coat
