So im using a 5L saddle bag for my commute to work on my infinito with a X1 U lock inside towards the very front of the bag and some clothes and a towel. It has some weight to kt mainly the lock (3.7Lbs). The bag has 3 points of harnessing and my seat rails and seat post is metal. Is this ok on the frame or should i carry a back pack.

The bike doesn’t care if the weight is on your back or on the rack.

Just remember painted carbon fibre doesn’t generally like hard things touching it, your frame will sustain surface damage very easily, albeit superficial.
