  1. We don't talk about this enough. A turn where you have 100 ppl going through in a race should NOT be that tight. It's like the crash at 100 kph at UAE tour this year. The race should be designed so that no one is ever going 100 kph. Its not safe, its not adding to the entertainment, it shouldn't exist.

I'm tired to bad course design putting riders at risk.

  2. Incredible teamwork by Visma to bring back Vos – they just seemed to zoom past everyone with tenacity to not give up. Also, it's great to see Noemi doing so well! She was amazing in Tour Down Under back in January. I'm excited to see what else EF cook up.

  3. Rëugg's performances are really outstanding this year. The consistency since January in a second tier team (with the greatest respect to EF, they're not FDJ!) is really really impressive.

  4. Did not enjoy watching those wet descents, but that finish was exciting in the best way. Looking forward to more racing like this.

  5. Brilliant sprint finish by Ruegg, and that was some effort by Vos to come back and still manage to finish 7th! That corner with like 9km to go had no place in that stage though.

  6. Women's racing is heating up this season. It seems like every team has their own rider who can compete on hills, sprints. There's guesswork on who will win the stage and I'm all for it.

And of course, the comeback of stage designers who creates courses that endanger riders. Impressive!

  7. Vos wasn't even with the lead group with 2km to go. She makes contact with the leader AND has enough in the tank to place in the top 10! Extraordinary effort.

  8. Great coverage! I just saw an IG post from Visma: Vos won't start stage 2 as she has a broken collarbone from the crash. Makes her chase yesterday to finish in top 10 even more insane! 🤯
