EDIT: Thank you, I was wrong with this, that is a small DROP.
I tried this jump with a friend of mine three times in a row. Before these, I never jumped, so these are the first jumps ever (for istance this is the second one, in the first I've not actually jumped and in the third one I've crashed badly but nothing that serious, my bones are good.)
I'm an absolute beginner in mtb in general so I would like if anyone can give me some tips I can use as soon as I recover.
Thank you

Looks more like a drop so it’s very difficult to say. You definitely throw the bike forward much more than necessary. Find a better jump and include the run-up in the video.
Thats not really a jump. First things first, get in attack position, get your elbows out and drop your heels.
I say just ride your bike for a while and get more acclimated to biking before you try and figure out jumping
As others said, this is not a classic jump as the takeoff is not radiused / curved. This is a small drop or a microscopic cannon type feature I guess.
You’re basically unweighting the bike but not doing a real jump motion but again, it’s not a real jump.
There are tons of jumping vids on the internet. The best way to learn jumps is to session the shit out of small ones, work on real bunny hops, and slowly progress on jump size. Channels on Youtube like Shred Academy, Joy of Bike, Slanted Ground are some of the most commonly recommended (and all imho really good) for seeing jump technique and bunnyhop technique really broken down. You’ll see that jumping well and bunnyhopping well are pretty similar, or at least require the same skills of moving around on the bike and positioning your weight and lifting the bike.
