You could also try using a Torx that is slightly larger than the original head, and hammer it into the hole. Get some new bolts to replace it, and make sure you use the correct size tool when installing. It doesn’t take alot of pressure to tighten those bolts.

Aren’t these like 3 mm hexes? How’d you even accomplish this? I wager you used an sae hex on it and stripped it.

If you’re *really* careful, you can use a drill bit and stop when the head detaches. You should be able to grab the remaining part of the bolt with vice grip pliers and unscrew it.

You’ve damn near got the head off. Finish that and grab what’s left with vice grips. After that, never touch a tool again.
