Definitely repainted with modern/non stock decals.

Can confirm the rear seatpost bolt and rear brake upper tube routing is consistent with 80s/90s trek road bikes.

For 329, seems like a fun bike that’s got lots of fresh parts

  2. It looks like an old Trek frame that has been repainted and mostly upgraded components. The build looks OK from what I can see. You are in a different market than most people here and have other options.

You can get a brand new Chinese bike of good quality for similar price. Check Keysto, Hador, Trinx, Twitter, etc. The Lt-two components are generally good (that is probably what is on this bike, I can’t see clearly enough though). I had a fantastic Keysto 29er for years that I paid $280 USD for brand new. Air fork, tapered steer tube, two piece cranks, NX equivalent 1×11 drivetrain, etc. In the US a decent new bike is two to three times that price.
