Integrated race. You don’t need it
Is that lip on the fork where it goes from black to silver 45 degrees? Looks like, probably don’t need the lower race
Yep that fork doesn’t have a integrated race so you tap that one on, I use a piece of pvc pipe that fits over the steerer tube and tape it on like that, a lot easier, plus rub a little grease on it, or you can tap it evenly around with a hammer or preferably a rubber mallet
