Hi, have you checked Eurovelo 1 [https://fr.eurovelo.com/ev1](https://fr.eurovelo.com/ev1) ? I think it will make you travel far less on main roads. I am travelling by train to Narvik, arrival on July 5th, I will go alittle farther north to Senja, and then head south from there long EV1.
This is the bikepacking sub, so the question would be: why do you want to follow main roads? Plenty of quiet roads and gravel opportunities up through Scandinavia.
