different generations of the same model perhaps? im not terribly familiar with orange or their nomenclature

Color, graphics and the black one has a rise stem vs direct mount on the blue otherwise the frame looks the same

The smaller seat on the blue one throws it off a lot. It’s quite ugly actually compared to the standard seat on the black one
