Waste of money, most of the time bought by people with low self confidence.

unfortunately maap is only top dollar when it comes to marketing and branding. quality has been the worst out of any kit i’ve owned

I never will understand why people pay to have someone else’s brand allover them

They used to make very stylish jerseys. The new lines: not so much.

Come to Europe, to a country with a real cycling culture, like Belgium or Italy. They will laugh at this set 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

  6. For a cycling fashion subreddit most folks here have no appreciation for good design. WTF is up with all the salty comments

Aha i rate all of the recent release, think the colour pallets all slap, love the blur effect on the logos too. (Downvotes incoming!!)

I have the money – and spend less than a tenner for tops that look great and wear well from Temu. Why give your money away if you don’t have to?

Looks pro to me, but im new to the cycling world… Being in the market for a kit myself Im curious of what you think of the Maap kit compare to other competitors? Assos? Can’t decide between the two.

Also what are the size(s) you’re wearing?

The idea that a kit is “overpriced” is necessarily one that involves relative assessment. So the question is whether a ~$350USD skinny from another brand is any better.

I haven’t worn MAAP before, my team races in cuore kit which is OK and a touch cheaper. MAAP is extremely popular here in Sydney though, which puts it front of mind as a fashionable brand.

I’m tempted by this new aero range, from which your skinny comes – but it’s hard to say whether it’s “overpriced” without knowing how it compares to similar kit at the same and lower price points.

You can safely assume I have the money.

  11. Wow so unique. Spending lots of money on mid-tier fashion clothing. Just like everyone else trying to be hip

Meh…I’ll just stick to my Rapha Pro / Le Col Pro (all legacy styles), Pedal Mafia, Castelli and Eliel. My current collection just works extremely well for me.

However, if we’re really being serious here, that kind of money is best spent on either Assos or q36.5 rather than MAAP.

Hey how the fit compared to other maap jerseys? I’m eying the white pink one 🙂

I really dig the looks. If I wouldn’t care about money, surely I’d try them. Congrats!
