I noticed some play in the headset of my ultimate with the cp0018 cockpit so I followed this video to adjust it (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jtRFRkLCU3Y) after loosening the stem bolt I accidentally lifted the bars slightly and the fork came down, maybe an inch at most. I moved it back into position and tightened as the video showed then tightened the stem bolt back to spec.
Should I be concerned about anything I can see being loose or out of position? The bars spin freely and don’t feel like they’re binding anywhere

Use the tool thingy to tighten down the headset. Make sure there isn’t play and you’ll be good.
You seem to have done the right thing. If it turns smoothly, there is no rocking or play, and you tighten the stem bolt to spec, should be good to go.
