Another triathlon training vlog here today 38 weeks out from Swansea 70.3.
Winter has gotten to me, I’m run down. I’m taking a break but still managed to get some short runs in. I’ve put some clips in from my ‘victory lap’ standard run. So lucky to live on the coast here in South Wales. The sunshine at the end of the week was defiantly a highlight.
