  1. I am a 32 year old woman. I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism about a year to 2 years ago. Before the diagnosis, my menstrual cycles were pretty much every 28 to 30 days but were always very heavy! I was pregnant once before, about 10 years ago but unfortunately had a miscarriage. Since I've had the hypothyroidism diagnosis, my period does not come every month anymore! Sometimes it will be every 3 months, 4 months, etc. The longest I went without my period was almost 6 months! I went to my gyno and general practitioner and had some blood work done. Thank God, they said that it doesn't look like peri menopause or anything like that… pretty much just my thyrioid problem causing all of this. Crazy, right?! Do you happen to have any suggestions??!! If so, I would really appreciate them! Thank you!
