Adjust the front strap so that it is as tight as the strap going to the back of the helmet (this reduces the risk of your helmet sliding to the back in case of a fall). It also moves the strap a bit to the front, so that it doesn’t touch your ear.
There probably is some micro-adjustment thingy in the back. Make sure the the fit is snug, but nog tight and no distinct pressure points (on forehead). The latter will give you headaches (literally).

The main thing that you have to look for is pressure points. If there are any pressure points when you have everything snugged up it’s no good. Even if it’s just a light pressure point, that will be a headache in a couple of minutes. You should feel even pressure.

Looks a bit small like it’s floating ontop of your head.. But I don’t know this model specifically, your size or size of helmet 🤷
But your head should make contact with the top padding of the helmet.
Since you are doubting that this fits, then I’m pretty sure it doesn’t. It would feel right if this was the helmet for you.

Does it feel snug? (not tight). Does it generally stay still or does it flop around? Hard to tell from a photo.

Try adjusting the straps so they don’t hit your ears. Also, a low ponytail or pigtails would likely be the best way to manage your long hair.
