Looks like on purpose because they stopped right in front of you where there is no way they could have seen you. Cars that do that never see you and won’t stop and just continue turning in front of you. When they hit you they will just continue driving like nothing happened while you are injured on the ground leaving you to die.
At least he signalled he was going to take a right.
Where I cycle motorists think that blinkers are optional, brain is optional too
They probably do not care about bikes.

That looked like a show of dominance like they were trying to make you stop at the intersection.even though you were biking with the flow of traffic that did not have a stop sign at that intersection.
The car was crossing traffic and in the wrong here. I wish we had better infrastructure and public safety education around different traffic patterns with sidewalks and bike lanes.

Fault of Tesla definitely, but the blinker was on. Happens all the time, be vigilant and anticipate this kind of situation. Luckily nobody got hurt
