  1. A couple of comments.

Congratulation! Iโ€™m old now but still remember my first bike and all the adventures it opened up for me as I grew up. ๐Ÿ˜

Theyโ€™re going to have a little difficulty steering! ๐Ÿ˜‚

  2. Both my boys used balance bikes. They loved them and it was very natural to them. Way more natural than a tricycle or similar. Make sure the seat is adjusted so they can stand flat footed while on the saddle. My boys spent a few weeks walking/running around on the bike before realizing they can glide a little bit and then their balance and stealing really started to take off. Be strict with the helmet from the start and they will accept it as law. My kids rarely take of their helmets when transitioning from riding to something else, it is just part of the play routine now.

The Hornit is an excellent choice for a first bike! In a couple of years time you’ll find he transitions from this to a pedal bike very easily.

Im in the same boat woth my toddler and looking to pull the trigger kn a balance bike and helmet. How did you land on this bike and are you and your kid satisfied with it? What about the helmet? Also it doesnt look like its in stock online, where did you click it up from? Thanks in advanced!

  5. These scoots are great. Gone are stupid training wheels. For my second kid I just took off the pedals and turned his bike into a scoot bike until he was ready to ride
