So theres a gap between the left side of my crank arm and bottom bracket, I know this is normal for a cheap Road bike, but can i replace my bottom bracket so there's an "adjuster knob" between it just to fill up a space?

You could replace your bottom bracket, but you would have to change the whole crankset too.
