Positioning looks fine, main thing is to make sure it is comfortable for you to ride.

  2. More importantly, does it feel comfortable to you? There’s some “range” (no pun intended) to how you can angle them to better fit your personal preference.

  3. Really it all comes down to comfort. If you feel a lot of weight towards the thumb area of your palm, I’d roll the bars forwards a bit to flare the outsides and distribute the weight more evenly across my hands. Also I think a lot of people say they match the rise of the bar with the angle of their head tube/fork. IMO, I’d roll the bars forward a bit, but that’s for my preference

If I was setting up the bike for the floor I would roll the forward a smidge but it’s whatever you like

While it is subjective, that’s an extreme amount of roll. A good place to start is getting the bars to run parallel with the fork angle from the side view. From there, a couple degrees forward or backward can make a big difference in feel.
