What is the main difference between compact and classic?
Also ordered them… got the Aeroad AXS Speed bc I wanted the Kaze Color.
But the SRAM shifter and the aero drops are so much longer reach wise than the normal Ultegra bike I test rode in Koblenz …
I expected this to happen. A bit annoying overall but I hope that once I get the compact drops the -20mm difference to aero will balance it for me again. Didn’t want to spend the 6,5k on the more expensive Slx 8 in Kaze.

Good swap. That shallower drop and extra flair is going to feel great.
