Any better pictures of the Cannondale? In general the 650 for the Specialized would be better as the bikes seem similar. Though fit could swing that in the other direction.

The synapse looks completely original. It can stock with those schwalbe lugano tires. It’s components are cheaper, the FSA cranks and Tektro brakes are a step down from a full Shimano component group. It is not worth $900. That price is a dream from the seller.
The Roubaix, I wish it had more pixels. I don’t care for those aftermarket paired spoke wheels. I think the crankset has been replaced because it is newer than the other components.
I can’t make out enough detail to tell you more. Both, the prices are too high.

The synapse does have full shimano 105 components. But agree they see pricey but in my area NW suburbs of chicago it seems reasonably proced
