Basically at first i thought i can remove it counterclock wise i guess i was wrong. Now i cant remove it, it just keeps on spinning.
I tried holding the axle upward and trying to spin the blue thingy still doesn’t budge, i can feel the thread moving slightly then goes back down.
Any help to remove and maybe fix it up?

The metal part next to the threads that goes into the crank arm should spin. The part you need to turn in order to extract the bearings is the plastic part next to that. From top to bottom in your picture: threads – flats – plastic – pedal body.
I’m guessing the blue part is a tool that is supposed to interface with the plastic part as it has a specific spline to it. If the plastic is all mangled up you can buy just that part – ask you lbs for a price. Extract with vise grips and replace.
It’s also possible the plastic part sheared internally. I’ve had that happen once. In that case there’s not much you can do.
If the locking collar is stripped, you’ll have a hard time removing the axle assembly, because the threads of the collar also transmit the force to extract the bearing tube which is a press-fit. Your best bet at this point would probably be to anchor the threaded end in a vice with appropriate soft jaws and then just yank the body off somehow (figure out how to bolt on a slide hammer?) However, you’ll need a new axle assembly (or salvage a collar from a donor) to put it back together, so it may be a moot point. If you can find the model # of the pedal you can search and see if the exact piece is still available from Shimano.
