I did a bikepacking trip in Andong, South Korea. The climbs were tough, but the views were amazing. Since Korea is currently in wildfire caution season, I wasn’t able to use my stove, so I ate meal replacements instead. The spring weather was lovely.

I might also recommend the mountains near Boryeong, on the way to Daejeon. lots of old coal mine gravel roads
