In context: I have been struggling and spending a lot of money on this bike.
Although in budget, I have been struggling to have issues such as late-shifting, loud noise, and a skipping problem (in some gears/3 higher).
Although I have found the possible 3 culprits of this case
– 2 Barrel Adjusters (1 in the shifter, 1 in the Derailleur: causing harder fine tune)
– Cable Housing and Shifter Cables (starting to feel resistance on shifting, and also my housing near the derailleur is actually cut off and just got extended by a mechanic.)
– And the Hanger.
Please, let me know y'all what I can do, I'm in a tight budget and I'm really working forward to get this bike fixed and work on some good shifting.

One picture is enough it’s way bend
When you DAG it I would start without the woolftooth link and then with it to dial it in
Update y’all, here’s a much updated photo (a most recent) Which shows my new RD with no goat link.

If it’s a steel frame take it to your LBS and they’ll fix it real quick for less than the cost of the tool to do it yourself. If it’s a hanger hunt around online and just get the replacement. If it’s aluminum it might be okay to bend it back this time but don’t keep doing it.
Jesus
Take it to a shop. This is a pro mechanic thing and the right tools cost quite a lot of money. Also, your DR hanger is not replaceable so if you screw it up, you’ll be replacing the entire frame.
I think there’s some fundamental issues here. It looks like you are using a wolf link or a derailleur hanger on a bike with an integrated hanger. AND the integrated hanger is bent.
Hard to tell from the photos.
