20-yr-old TCT carbon bike with shimano ultegra. Looks in decent shape from the photos, but priced at $720. 90 minute drive away, which definitely makes a difference to me…
I think it’s overpriced for this old of a carbon bike. What do we think? I’m looking for a lighter, non-aggressive road bike to use for group rides in my city and there is very little available used here.

It’s definitely way too expensive. My friend bought a lot newer bike with better parts for 500 euro and that was almost ten years ago
Decent price if it works well. Ultegra usually works great for many years.
A good bike in its day but that day was 20 years ago. Much too high a price for 2026.
Yeah way overpriced. Person is pricing it sentimentally. That’s $300 – $400 bike. 10-12 year old carbon frame bikes with disc brakes are going for a grand. Although he may take $500 I couldn’t justify paying that either. Good luck but keep looking.
