  1. Your tire seems ok, your rim does not. Did you hit something very hard? Are some of your spokes very loose?

Would need more photos to be helpful.
Maybe new rim? that doesn’t seem normal.

  3. The tire casing is falling apart. Time for new tires, and don’t cheap out. Look for Schwalbe or Panaracer

we need a pic from the side. if the rim is bent a new tire is just gonna be a a new tire on a still broken wheel

  5. Your tires casing has ripped, too much air pressure or old rubber dry rotting, old tires will do that. As an ex-crit racer & long time mechanic, I suggest customers not pump their tires to max psi. As with race tracks it’s swept for debris, public roads are not. Plenty of sharp tiny objects that’ll make you puncture easily at high psi.

  6. this is a Kenda, right? If so, I’ve had 3 of these (the tread looks very familiar) and 2/3 eventually had the same deformity (the third is still in good condition but a pothole unseated it the other day so now its an emergency spare). Replace with Panaracer Paselas, its worth it.

Oh especially if its a Panasonic road bike! It deserves the matching tires 😉
