After 10 years of hard use, I completely wore out the bottom bracket on my beloved Kona Wo. The chain/cassette were also quite worn (second cassette since new), so figured it was a good time for a full drivetrain overhaul while I had it torn down for the BB change. Swapped out the stock Deore/SLX 2×10 with a 1×12 setup using SRAM GX Eagle shifter/derailleur, Race Face Cinch 28 tooth NW on Ride Cinch crankset, and a ZTTO SL 11-50 cassette. This new setup runs and shifts like butter…huge upgrade from the stock setup. Gave this great Fatbike a whole new life 🤙
