For me it’s this little gem. I bought it probably 13-14 years ago. I don’t even remember where I bought it from. It saved me numerous times. Also helped tens of other cyclists (and non-cyclists).
For several years I carried a buck Whitaker pocket knife on my keychain. Most useful knife I ever owned. Even forgot it once or twice while flying and never had a problem. Surprising how often all you need is a 1/2” blade.
