Derailleur hanger extension?

Hello biking brains trust!

I’ve recently purchased my first ‘new old’ bike (trek Multitrack 700) to turn into a bit of a gravel/bikepacking steed.

I just upgraded the rear sprocket to an 11 – 46 and now my rear derailleur comes in contact with my largest sprocket. I’ve tried adjusting all of my screws but I think this size sprocket is larger than my current setup is designed for.

I’m trying to work out which hanger extender I should be purchasing as a lot of them seem to mainly be designed for bikes with removable hangers.
