Although I'm not catholic, not even Christian, I have a great love and respect for Catholicism and its music and traditions. Though raised atheist, I attend a protestant school since Protestantism is very widespread in this area of Germany where I live, but I have to say, Protestantism is quite boring, Catholicism is much more interesting and beautiful. If I was a Christian, I would choose catholic, I think, if alone for the mass, the music and the meaningfulness… I also have some saints I like very much, such as John Paul II. or José Luis Sánchez del Río etc. In my opinion, every religion has something beautiful, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, they all have a common ground thought. This life is just too precious to live as an atheist. If more people would be religious (and by that I do not mean fanatics like Islamists or Evangelical), I think world would be much more peaceful and just. Of course, you don't have to agree with me since I've only shared my opinion, and after all I'm still a kid without much knowledge, so…
Novas order is traditional. Eaither we practice our faith and what we learn from the Catechism, social doctrine and documents from the Holy See or you dont.
Im personally a student of liberation theology. However, I much prefer the Latin mass than the modern one, but that's a personal thing for me. Puts my mind at ease lot more
I'm not religious, my family is non-practicing Protestant. When I moved to Utah, for years the LDS kids excluded me from everything. I changed to Catholic school and they welcomed me. 25 years later my core group of friends are all Catholic, and not once did they try to convert me. Just asked that I respect their beliefs. So, I know all are welcome at Catholic Mass. Maybe just don't be disruptive.
Interesting that you go to Mass and try to make it be about yourself… the entrance that you bring to Mass and the effect of your presence. I get the feeling you probably look at the Eucharist and think “hey! It’s not all about you! I mean, look at the vibe I bring”
I got to latin mass and am not trad at all in the social sense. I grew up with it and its just part of my personal culture and tradition. I find comfort and peace in the ritual and teachings even if some of the catholic truths are no longer my beliefs.
Some trads are just so mean for no reason. I’ve been going to my parish since I was born and some new goofy goobers come with such rude attitudes💀 a lot of these young Taylor Marshall guys have no respect for elderly, children or their parish priests.
If I wore a veil in my Catholic church I'd probably be burned at the stake because too many Americans are racist and think that only Muslims veil. Even though growing up my mom said they wore veils to church. Sisters who wear the veil for worship need to stick together. No matter the religion or culture. Very funny video loved it.

I follow the teachings of Jesus (regardless of if I actually believe he has been born yet or not), because I believe that the law of God is founded on unconditional love for others, as well as unconditional love for oneself, and I think that is what the message of Jesus is really all about in the first place.
