The BB sleeve is basically almost completely corroded away. I’m not sure this is safe to ride. If anything, I would refrain from using standard BB30 bearings, try one of those screw-together type bottom brackets (e.g. Token Ninja).

Yes, it looks like the bonded bottom bracket sleeve has corroded out im afraid.
Pretty terminal.
There is a potential to get that machined and re sleeved but at considerable cost.
