The internal structure is probably different, leading to different resonance. the chain stays have different designs due to different routing and loading. If there’s no sign of external damage, no history of damage, and no other indicators besides sound I would be 100 comfortable riding this.

Might be the brake hose running through that side that you’re hearing.

The bike is not symmetrical due to the drive chain being on one side only. Expect asymmetric structure in the frame

Also not all chainstays are straight thru smooth bore. Sometimes they have gusset areas, where sections are bonded inside to BB shell. Would be reason to hear different tones. I remember some Black Inc Cannondales I worked on had like little hidden chambers that I had to punch thru wider for passing Di2 wires. I hike riding you don’t hear it creaking back there your fine.

Just ride your bike and experience your paranoia.

Others have answered your question, so I’ll just comment on carbon fiber in general. There’s so many myths about the material that people think it’s fragile and could shatter like glass at any moment. But it’s the best material to make a bike frame out of. It frees the designer to make the frame the exact shape he or she wants without being limited by the material as with aluminum and steel. It also doesn’t corrode or rust like metal does. Use a torque wrench and assembly paste, and don’t clamp onto tubes that weren’t designed for it. Inspect after crashes and it’ll be fine.
