It’s called an [Sturmey Archer indicator chain](https://hollandbikeshop.com/en-gb/bicycle-wheels/hub-parts/sturmey-archer-hub-parts/sturmey-archer-hsa126-indicator-chain-2-stripe-silver-1-123276/). You’ll have to check if there is a specific version for your particular Brompton.
Keep in mind that you’re looking at two separate parts. The part that locks on to the cable is a different part.
Its called a toggle chain, available on amazon for 7 quid . Just type in sturmey archer 3 speed toggle chain.
I refer to it as “Sturmey Archer Gear Adjuster (indicator) Chain Assembly,” that’s if you want it to come with a new cable clamp, which you have included in your red circle. But you probably don’t need a new one of those.
As others have mentioned it’s a gear indicator chain, and Brompton sells them if you want to make sure you get the correct one. (however the little round nut and long thin barrel are part of the cable, not the chain.)
