Price on frame build Trek Checkpoint SL7

Found this bike for sale on FB marketplace. Seller is asking $3,000 with the following description:

“Selling my like new M/L Trek Checkpoint SL7. This was a frame build. Has specialized roval terra c carbon wheels, grx 822 groupset with sram force carbon crank, specialized carbon bars, wolf tooth chainring, gravel king x1 700x50c tires. Also has the downtube bag and I will include the frame bag pictured. Ideally looking to trade for a Specialized Creo or will sell for $3000. The bike has 30 miles according to Strava.”

Thoughts on the price? And thoughts vs just going and buying a Checkpoint SL5 from my local bike shop?
