Lol. Never seen that happen. Did you use any cleaning products on it that aren’t brake cleaner or alcohol?

Rubbed so hard he KO… Oh wrong sub…

Yeah thats weird, foaming suggests heat reacting with the mineral oil?

  3. Are you by any chance using washing up liquid instead of brake fluid because the stuff you should use doesn’t foam

  4. Hmm i know if you have water in your motor oil it can form a emulsion like mayonnaise…..maybe something similar happening here? Be safe!

  5. Probably Moisture in the system. Look for leaks in your lines, and that all the caps are tight. Then do a full bleed.

  6. Soap on your discs most likely. Had the same thing happen after i washed my gravel bike (that gets beaten alot).
Just had to avoid soap in the caliper or rinse better

DOT (automotive) brake fluid can do this when exposed to water. If that’s what’s in there it might be causing some seals to fail and leaking under pressure causing the foaming.

    Does it happen frequently?
If not (and I hope so!), maybe something squishy is wedged in there. Like a stick, leave it snail.
