Knock knees are a common presentation in people with a deep back arch.
This back arch happens when muscles at the back of the waistband get tight. This tension happens to pick up hip internal rotation by shifting the pelvis forward.
By shifting the pelvis forward to pick up hip internal rotation, the result can be the legs coming together. This is what we see in people with knock knees.
To straighten out your legs and improve hip mobility try this wall squat variation. To make sure your gains are consistent stop squatting before your back arches.

This is bs i have a deep bck arch an my knees are not knock needed
Isn t it the lack of External rotation????
Except i can W sit so probably not.
You forgot to mention the arch in the foot lmao
Not always. Could be flat feet.
Missing hip INTERNAL rotation? Makes no sense, Hips are already internally rotated and tibia is externally rotated
My 17 yr old son has knock knees and doctors kept putting him off- now he’s 6’4,370 and in constant pain. I’m angry with everyone because he’s also not a good candidate for surgery- Ehlers danlos hypermobility. My heart is broken for him. A cane at 17?! This was preventable.
bacha sai nhi chalta
Bro you look like johnny
Lanklet problems 😂
📈📈📈📈❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥
I have PPMS (allegedly lol)… my drop leg, the knee collapses inward. I thought it was … something I could do nothing about… but I started working on tight hips, and the arches of my feet and holy cow.., I can’t believe it’s gone! Ty for all the info!
Can u explain more on why it's cause by missing internal rotation ?
What is that green band called?
I’m so thankful for YouTube 😭 it’s so nice to see advice that actually helps me
If you have a arch in your lower back while standing and laying down flat on the floor, search on YouTube "anterior pelvic tilt"
Please, i really need to know, does bent knee like this stop growth in teenagers ?
Could you show someone who had their knees corrected with exercises?
Huzzah, you gave the entirely wrong exercise. You need to train the outside and medius
Yeah me too and I'm 6"2 with knock knees and it doesn't look well wearing pants sometimes and I completely avoid wearing shorts or short jeans on the road and I have friends with bow legs and it's soooooo neat in jeans and they get admired but people would normally laugh at me for having knock knees so it creates insecurities….. Females tell me I'm not sexy or attractive enough for them to get into a real relationship with me
Nznzkxnmkzkska if
I have a genuine doubt
Is knock knees curable with such exercises at 18
How about only one knee? Why?
What about knock knees being caused by very wide hips so the body is compensating.
What if we don't have band
But it seems like knock knee will be more noticeable…
