What is the problem?
The derailleur needs to be tuned. There’s three settings:
High limit
Low limit
Cable tension
There’s plenty of youtube videos on the subject, but a brand new bike really should be tuned by a shop if you didn’t buy it from a shop.
I think the silver allen key screw that holds your rear derailleur came a bit loose (pic n. 3) and the derailleur is now spring bent on itself.
If that’s the case it is an easy fix: you’d need to loosed that screw further, reposition the derailleur and tight the screw back again.
Probably chain stuck somewhere? Take more pictures of the chain going through the rear derailleur, pulleys etc.
