Two different types of rim are shown here in cross section. This is printed on your rim strip, not the rim itself. The rim strip is not recommended for single wall rims, only double wall.

That the rimtape is only meant for double wall rims and to not use on single wall. On double wall rims the heads of the nipples are hidden indise of the rim when in single wall they protrude and hit the innertube so I guess this isnt thick enough to protect the innertube from puncturing.

I think it’s saying “if the tire is hookless compatible OK!” If not “NO!” but not sure. Is the rim hookless? What make/model?

The one in the left is a hollow chamber rim. The one one the right is a “normal” rim which isn’t as tough. I can’t see much in the picture but it looks like the rim tape is ment to be mounted on a hollow chamber rim or at least a rim with a flat kinda surface.
