Yep, bad, bin. Maybe from rim strikes looks like some delamination on the first one

Looks like the carbon has started to de-laminate which is definitely an issue, they may be repairable by a carbon specialist. I would personally not risk using them knowing that.
Its also not ideal to run tyres that are narrower than the rim as it leaves the rim exposed to potential impact damage, you’d be surprised how much a fully inflated tyre can compress when it hits something like a pot hole. I would advise checkjng the manufacturer’s recommended tyre sizes for this wheelset. Not so much of an issue if its just being used on a turbo trainer.
