First fixed gear and first ever bike build, looking for some potential upgrade suggestions or just a score out of 10.
Was thinking I need some bigger tires currently on 23s and might be able to get some 25s in there but not sure on the best budget tires.

23s is rough. Honestly i would be looking to replace the frame for something with 32mm clearance and ideally not a conversion
