This has Shimano Ultegra Crankset, rear derailer and front detailer had the 105.$250 is the lowest the seller can do. Should I take it?
Take into account im in the NYC area( prices are higher)
I also have a Giant TCR C2 for $450 in good condition. Should I up my budget and get that instead?

If its clean and has been recently serviced I’d say Yes.
Why not if its in good condition i think $250 is good deal. Better then any walmart bike
The SF Bay Area market is just as crazy, but I’d pull the trigger at that price. Provided everything else is fine on the bike.
Sure. It is a good bike with brifters. Yes it is old. Yes it is outdated. But it’s a good bike from a reputable brand.
