It’s taken me almost a year to get around to putting this thing together. Also I never built a bike, so there’s that too. Took it on its maiden voyage a few days ago. Apart from needs a few saddle adjustments, I think it’s a great ride.

Through some trades and sales I ended up with a Lynskey Urbano. Took the 105 group set off and replaced with a grx 600/800.

Redshift stem, handlebars, and drop grips.

Mavic ksyrium pro all road wheels

Shimano deore hydro brakes to replace the TRP mech brakes that were on it.

  1. Nice build! I have a similar gr300, built up for some tarmac and some gravel. Stable at speed, a decent climber and descender. Lynskey makes a great ti frame, good welds, good alignment, decent gravel geometry and enough tire clearance for my riding in the Midwest.
